Traditional Neapolitan Pizzas
At the heart of the kitchen is a traditional Valoriani pizza oven, handcrafted in Tuscany and revered by chefs worldwide for its ability to reach intense, even heat. The authenticity of this over, delivers the kind of blistered crust and smoky flavor you’d expect from a Neapolitan pizzeria.
Each pizza begins with house-made dough that undergoes a 48-hour cold-proof fermentation process. This slow, natural rise creates a crust that is crisp on the outside, airy on the inside, and packed with nuanced flavour.
